      <image:title>Amber Zeisler - Amber Zeisler, Psychologist</image:title>
<image:caption>Welcome to my practice! I specialize in the psychological treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders. I treat OCD with all themes (including intrusive thoughts about violence and “taboo” content). When addressing OCD, my preferred method of treatment involves Exposure Therapy with Response Prevention (ERP). I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). When treating Hoarding behavior, it is important to address both acquisition and factors that interfere with discarding. In therapy for Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), we will focus on reducing the impact of the preoccupation and the related behaviors on a person's life. I also have experience treating depression, and other forms of anxiety. The best way to reach me is via email (amber@defythecycle.com). Thank you for considering my practice!</image:caption>

<image:caption>Life is full of shifts and cycles, and we don't have to navigate them alone. Feeling supported and resourced while we ebb and flow through change is invaluable. Therapy creates a pocket of safety where you can show up fully and share your whole self—your proud moments, the challenges you’re working through, and the questions you're exploring. My work focuses on offering support through interpersonal and systemic challenges, women’s issues, life transitions, anxiety, and grief. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and person-centered approaches and am working towards certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I believe in creating a space where mindfulness, self-compassion, and integration of values can guide healing and growth. However you are, I am so glad you are here now.</image:caption>
